Hello and a warm welcome to you. I’m Lianne, the heart behind Earth & Aether.

My journey into Reiki began through a personal need to slow down and reconnect to my core, my authentic self. Like many, I experienced periods of stress and feeling out of balance, and I was drawn to gentler, more natural ways to restore a sense of calm. Reiki offered something simple but powerful—a space to pause, to breathe, and to feel supported without pressure or expectation. That experience is what led me to share this work with others. I can often be found in nature either on a dog walk or by the sea - connecting with the energies around me, which helps to keep me grounded and feel safe in this sometimes mad world. 
At Earth & Aether, I offer Reiki as a quiet, grounding practice. My approach is gentle and intuitive, creating a space where you are fully welcomed and included so that you can fully relax, release tension, and return to a more balanced state. I believe healing doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes, it begins with stillness, softness, and allowing yourself the time to simply be.
